Tips to Heal Acne Skin

  • Daily Skin Care Routine - Morning and Night

  • Bi-weekly Scrub and Mask - use the mask overnight as a spot treatment

  • Spot Treatment - Tea Tree Essential Oil

  • Eat Healthy Foods - fruit, green leafy vegetables, lean proteins, legumes

  • Limit Dairy Products

  • Limit Caffeine - drink herb teas

  • Limit Sun Exposure

  • Drink 2 litres Water daily
